Junior Achievement‑Rocky Mountain (JA‑Rocky Mountain) announced that Robin Wise, President & CEO, will retire at the end of 2026, concluding an extraordinary 35‑year career with the organization. Her tenure is defined by transformative impact, visionary leadership, and an unwavering commitment to young people.

Throughout her tenure, Robin has led JA-Rocky Mountain’s efforts to expand access to learning experiences that equip students with the skills and confidence needed to pursue opportunity and achieve economic mobility. Her leadership strengthened partnerships across the business, education, and nonprofit communities and positioned JA-Rocky Mountain as a trusted leader in workforce readiness education.

Robin’s influence extends far beyond organizational growth. She cultivates a strong, mission‑driven culture and inspires staff, volunteers, board members, and partners through her integrity, optimism, and passion for impact. The results of that leadership are evident today in the hundreds of thousands of students whose lives have been shaped by Junior Achievement programs.

In preparation for Robin’s retirement, the JA‑Rocky Mountain Board of Directors has launched a search for the organization’s next President & CEO – one who will build on the remarkable foundation Robin has established while leading JA‑Rocky Mountain into its next chapter of growth and impact. The Board has engaged an executive search firm to support a comprehensive, thoughtful, and mission‑aligned process.

As the search progresses, JA‑Rocky Mountain continues its work with focus and momentum – empowering young people, strengthening district and business partnerships, and advancing economic opportunity throughout the region.
