A senior student from the JA High School Heroes program recently shared an exciting decision. She has chosen to pursue a career as a first-grade teacher! Initially, she participated in our early education program at Horizon High School, where she worked with preschoolers. Although she wasn’t sure if it was the right fit at the time, her perspective changed after experiencing the STEM Launch classroom with Ms. Weimer.

It was there that she realized her true passion for working with younger children, particularly at the first-grade level. This moment of clarity has set her on a path to make a real impact in education, and we couldn’t be prouder of her journey!
